Rates as of June 2008
Normal Business hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM - 6 PM excluding holidays
Regular Hourly Rate: $120 (1 hour minimum)
Regular hourly rate applies when you can allow up to 48 hours to
schedule the service call and the service call takes place between normal
business hours. Any work done after 6PM or on weekends or holidays
will be billed at the premium rate. In addition, emergency work that
must be scheduled ASAP will be billed at the premium rate.
Emergency service is available 24 hours a day
Premium Hourly Rate: $180 (2 hours minimum)
Premium rates apply for emergency service that must be scheduled
with less than 48 hours notice. Most emergency calls can be scheduled
within hours of the time you call. Premium rates also apply for
evening, weekend or holiday service calls whether or not it is an emergency.
Scheduling
I understand how difficult it can be when your computer is malfunctioning. I always try to schedule your appointment as soon as possible. If you call with non-emergency work, it's entirely possible that someone could show up right away but I make no guarantees of immediate availability. You will definitely be offered the first available time slot. If you absolutely MUST have it done before then and I have to rearrange my schedule, emergency rates will apply.
If I'm working on your system for a non-emergency call, there is always a chance that I'll be interrupted with an emergency. If that's the case, you'll be fairly compensated and rescheduled right away. I apologize for that inconvenience, but I know you'll forgive me the first time I have to leave another client to solve your computer emergency.
